GETEC and GEIGER establish Joint Venture                    

GET New Energy will take over all services of the energy and media supply of the projects, from project planning to investment and operation, and will enable low investment and energy costs as well as low CO2 emissions in existing buildings as well as in new buildings through its innovative concepts. In addition, GET New Energy can ensure sustainable supply for subsequent owners through an optimized supply concept. In order to enable future-proof supply approaches, the various interactions of thermal and electrical energy, but also e-mobility are holistically integrated into the development of individual site concepts. In addition, potentials in the projects are also tapped in the process, which offers the customer the advantage of being able to obtain almost everything in terms of energy from a single source.

The partnership will start with five projects that are already in the joint project planning stage. These include the extension of Geiger Schlüsselfertigbau's headquarters in Augsburg. In addition to 800 square meters of new office space, a further 1,800 square meters of apartments for senior-friendly and assisted living are being built.
