Leading energy efficiency provider Antas becomes GETEC Italia – massive investments planned
Piacenza, 1 March 2022
Antas S.p.A. will be renamed and rebranded to GETEC Italia S.p.A.as of March 1st 2022. This coincides with the approval of the Italian group’s new 2022/2027 Strategic Development Plan, which stands for further growth and massive investments in energy infrastructure up to a mid three-digit million euro amount over the period.
With the complete acquisition of Antas S.p.A. by the leading european energy ser-vice provider GETEC Group Antas changes its name and its brand to GETEC Italia as of 1 March 2022 and strengthens its development strategy on the Italian market as one of the leading providers of integrated energy solutions with a business model based on investments in energy production assets on behalf of its customers.
This is a further step forward in an evolutionary process that the company has un-dertaken for a long time and consolidates its position as a benchmark operator of the energy efficiency and energy transition market. The company bases its innova-tive approach on the construction and management of energy assets with a high level of digitalization in the Public and Private Real Estate sector, in Private Healthcare and in Industry.

The company, with headquarters in Piacenza and Alessandria, expects by 2027 to increase the diversification of its portfolio between public and private customers, to expand into new geographical areas while maintaining the centrality of its historical cores, to at least more than double its turnover and to invest heavily in energy in-frastructure and in new talent by doubling the overall staff.
